~MSc Therapeutic Counselling
Because I prefer to use a variety of approaches in counselling I trained in an integrative approach, consisting of person centred, humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
A level 7 British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy-accredited course.
~BSc (Hons) Psychology
Psychology degree at Goldsmiths, University of London.

- Student Counsellor in Higher Education
My roles at universities in London (as a Counsellor), has given me a wide variety of clinical experience with both students and members of staff. Working therapeutically on a short term basis is a vital part of the work.
~Counsellor, One in Four
One in Four supports survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I work with clients on a weekly basis using a variety of therapeutic techniques. Continuing professional development training helps enhance my work in this specialist area.
~Bereavement Service Counsellor, St Christopher’s Hospice
I provided regular counselling for people who were recently bereaved, including some who were themselves terminally ill.
~Honorary Counsellor
An honorary counsellor role at two GP surgeries in Dulwich. As well as carrying out assessments, I saw clients for a wide range of problems, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and panic disorders.
I also have experience of working on mental health wards.
